Nominations

Nominations are free of charge, however if shortlisted as a finalist your company must be represented at the awards ceremony for that category. Tables of 10 and half tables of 5 are available to purchase once you know you are shortlisted. It might be possible to buy pairs of seats although this is subject to availability and usually reserved for local authorities.

All bookings must be prepaid before attending the awards.
Tables are sold on a firm sale basis. Guest substitutions may be made at any time, but the accommodation of dietary requirements and new names in print may not be possible if very close to the event. In exceptional circumstances we may allow a cancellation if received in writing to j.foreman@hgluk.com by 23rd August 2026; if accepted, a cancellation will be subject to a charge of 25%. The decision of the publisher to allow a cancellation is final. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 23rd August 2026.
If you do not receive an email confirmation of your booking within 5 days of your table booking please contact Jo Foreman (j.foreman@hgluk.com).

The personal information provided by you will be held on a database and may be shared with other brands within Hemming Group Ltd if we feel you may have an interest in them. Photos and images submitted as part of your entry may be shown on screen at the awards ceremony and/or for marketing purposes on the Highways Champions Awards website and as part of the Highways magazine and Highways website. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you confirm that you have the necessary authorisation and IP rights to share these images publicly.
