Stephen Webb

Stephen possesses extensive experience in the highways sector, having contributed for 25 years through various consultancy roles supporting local authorities. His broader engineering career now approaches four decades.

As a recent Past President of the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE), Stephen dedicated 14 consecutive years to serving on its Council demonstrating dedication and leadership. He brings considerable expertise to judging roles and is committed to recognising our industry's resilience, progress, and accomplishments.

Currently, Stephen is in his seventh year as a Contract Manager at WSP, where he manages a major Local Authority Professional Services Contract delivering comprehensive place-based services. His international experience includes time spent in the Middle East with Parsons Brinckerhoff, conducting overseas Road Safety Audits and leading in road worker safety reviews.
