“Mike Hansford is the Chief Executive of the Road Surface Treatments Association (RSTA), having previously worked for 29 years in local authority. Mike’s background includes highways data and systems, streetworks, routine and structural maintenance and predominantly in a strategic highways asset management lead role within Dorset Council. Through the RSTA, Mike continues to promote best practice through industry collaboration, supporting the highways sector with training and sharing of information.  Mike is a member of the UKRLG Asset Management Board, and Chair of NHSS13 and B/510/2 for Surface Treatments. “
