Rob Shearing is CEO of the Road Safety Markings Association (RSMA), one of the UK highways industry’s largest specialist trade bodies, representing the road marking sector nationwide. In 2026, the RSMA celebrates its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of leadership in representing, training, assessing and self-regulating its members, while driving continual improvements in professionalism and safety standards through the National Highways Sector Scheme No. 7 (NHSS7).
